The fabric with a UV filter can be retracted into a closed cassette which protects it from external weather influences. Another advantage is the motorized drive controlled by the remote control or the TaHoma app which will ensure maximum comfort of operation from the comfort of your home. |
The Gardena 550 is installed on a roofed conservatory, where it performs the function of additional shading of the conservatory from the sun´s rays. The cover box for the fabric is not anchored to the conservatory, it is only mounted on guide rails that are attached to the construction of the conservatory.
The special treatment of the fabric largely prevents dirt from settling on the surface of the fabric. Thanks to dozens of colour options, you can always choose a construction or fabric to suit your requirements. You can also connect a rain or combined sun and wind sensor to the Gardena 550 awning, or integrate it into your smart home.
